1. Who we are
DonutMarket (donutmarket.cc) and BagelMarket (bagel.donutmarket.cc) are one service, called "the site", "we" or "us" here. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
2. Not affiliated
The site is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or run by DonutSMP, BagelSMP, Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Server names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to say which server the prices are from.
3. The prices are a guide
Prices, flips, buy orders, crafting routes and everything else on the site are collected automatically from what is visible in game. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a listing may be gone by the time you see it.
- Nothing on the site is financial advice or a promise of profit. Check the price in game before you buy or sell.
- Every trade you make is between you and the other player, under that server's own rules. We're not part of it and can't undo or refund it.
- In-game money and items have no real-world value, and we never buy, sell or trade them.
4. Your account
You log in with Discord. Keep your Discord account secure: anything done while logged in as you is your responsibility. You must be old enough to use Discord where you live, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy Premium.
5. Premium
- Premium is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly through Stripe. The price is shown on the Premium page before you pay.
- It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on the Premium page, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- One subscription covers every server on the site. It is for you alone: don't share your account.
- We may change what Premium includes or what it costs. A price change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Fair use
Please don't:
- scrape the site, call its API in bulk or copy its data to build another service;
- resell, republish or redistribute Premium content;
- try to get round the Premium limits, break the site, or slow it down for others;
- use the site to harass anyone, including the players whose names appear on it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If it had Premium, we won't refund the time left.
7. The site can change
We keep the site running as well as we can, but we can't promise it will always be up, or that a server will always be tracked: a server can block our scanners at any time. We may change, pause or close any part of the site. If we close Premium for good, we'll refund the unused part of any paid period.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss from using it or relying on it, including lost in-game money or items, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that can't be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to Premium subscribers, we'll say so on the site before it applies. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
