Cancelling
You can cancel Premium any time from Manage subscription on the Premium page. You won't be charged again, and Premium stays on until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
Refunds
Premium unlocks straight away, so payments generally aren't refunded, and we don't refund part of a period after you cancel. But we'll always refund you when:
- you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period;
- Premium didn't work for you and we couldn't fix it;
- your yearly plan renewed and you ask within 7 days of the renewal;
- we close Premium for good, for the unused part of your period;
- the law where you live gives you a right to one.
To ask for a refund, email us within 14 days of the charge, with your Discord username. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days of us approving it.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank: it's quicker for you. An account with a disputed charge may lose Premium while the dispute is open.
In-game trades
We aren't part of any trade you make on a Minecraft server and can't refund in-game money or items, even if a price on the site was wrong.
